About US 

Cardiff flyers is a trampoline club based in the heart of cardiff. our sessions are catered to all abilities, whether it is your first time on a trampoline or a seasoned athlete.

Cardiff Flyers are committed to offering accessible and appropriate coaching for everyone. In line with this philosophy, we now are proud to have a number of coaches trained to teach disability friendly classes, with tailored programmes based on a variety of needs.

Volunteer coaches

​Cardiff Flyers offers dedicated participants the chance to learn more about their sport and progress towards becoming coaches within our mentoring system.  A number of our performers have already taken this first step, and you will see them helping out in sessions and taking the opportunity to find out what kind of coach they could be.
