Frequently Asked Questions
What do you wear to a trampoline class?
We recommend comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, sportswear is ideal. (Maybe leave the skinny jeans at home!). All we ask is you don't wear any clothing with sharp objects like belt buckles, zips, poppers or studs as this can damage both you and the trampoline! Long hair needs to be tied up and all jewellery removed. Don't forget to bring socks!
Can I try a one-off class?
Of course! We welcome all ages and abilities to our weekly drop in's which are supervised safely by our friendly coaches. See our 'Classes' page for more information. Classes are £12 per hour but we'll refund your first £12 when you decide to continue!
